You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
The records you put into My Lumen CRM belong to you. We store and process them to provide the service. You can delete your account, and your data with it, at any time from Settings.
Where a free trial is offered, its length is stated when you start it. Paid plans, when purchased, are billed as described at the point of purchase. You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
We work to keep My Lumen CRM available and correct, but it is provided as-is, without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Keep your own records of anything your business cannot afford to lose.
You may stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service or other customers.
